- The terms of the lease include the use of the premises located at 333 N. Beaver Valley Dr. Seal Rock, OR 97376
- RENT:
- Rent is $500 per night with a 2 night minimum. Stay 5 nights and the 6th night is free.
- Additional fees charged for weddings and large events.
- Entire rent, along with $200 cleaning fee is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
- SECURITY: A deposit in the amount of $500 is payable at time of reservation. The security deposit is non-refundable if the reservations are cancelled. A reservation exchange is allowable within 30 days of original reservation, providing requested dates are available. The landlord will return the security deposit within 14 days after the lease expiration less any amount deducted for damage, missing items, and long distance telephone charges. Our property manager will perform a formal post rental inspection of equipment, appliances, and accessories.
- UTILITIES: The landlord will provide water, heat, electricity and local telephone service. The leasee is responsible for all long distance calls made during occupancy.
- RESTRICTIONS: Pets and smoking are prohibited.
- ACOMMODATIONS:
- 2 King beds
- 2 Queen beds
- 4 Twin beds
- 1 Bunk bed
- 2 Queen air beds
- Linens for beds and baths are provided
- MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The house sleeps 14 people comfortably. Please contact the landlord for groups larger than 14.
